Pope Benedict Clears Jews of Christ’s Death
The pope has written a detailed and personal
repudiation of the idea that the Jews were
collectively responsible for the death of Jesus.
In a book to be published next week, he
concludes that those responsible for the
crucifixion were the "Temple aristocracy" and
supporters of the rebel Barabbas.
Dismissing the centuries-old interpretation of
St John's assertion that it was "the Jews" who

clamor for Jesus’ death?"...Read

Yes, There Are Ghosts and MPIT Finds Them
There have always been people who tell stories
about seeing ghosts. Hell, even one of

stories were dismissed as either imagination or
the ravings of the mad. That was until Jason
Hawes and Grant Wilson, two Roto Rooter men set
up The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) and
since then “ghosthunting” has become mainstream...Read

Bucks Wedding Expo Caters to Gay Couples
Newtown Township - It's never too soon to start
planning a wedding.
That's
why Shannon Tyndall, 28, and Heather Postlewait,
28, headed to Bucks County's second annual Gay
and Lesbian Wedding Expo at the Homewood Suites
by Hilton in Newtown Township on Sunday.
Such an expo, they said, takes out the
awkwardness for same-gender couples looking to
get married. When the Norristown couple decided
to start planning for their May 25, 2013,
commitment ceremony, they attended conventional
bridal expos and "they just didn't feel right."...Read

The
Great Lakes Film Association is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization
The Internal Revenue Service Code 501(c)(3), under
which most nonprofits are registered, prohibits
them from partisan political activities. It also
limits nonprofits’ expenditures to influence
legislation through lobbying to an
“insubstantial” portion of an agency’s
budget. But legal experts say these don’t
constitute a ban on free speech.
