Single Voice Reading Series to Present Sara Pritchard and Kevin Oderman

The Single Voice Reading Series at Allegheny College continues its season on Tuesday, Oct. 8, with readings by writers Sara Pritchard and Kevin Oderman at 7 p.m. in the Tillotson Room of the Tippie Alumni Center. All events in the Single Voice Reading Series are free and open to the public.

Sara Pritchard’s story collection “Help Wanted: Female” was published by Etruscan Press in July. She is also the author of “Crackpots,” a novel-in-stories, and a linked-story collection, “Lately.” Pritchard lives in Morgantown, W.V., and teaches in the Wilkes Low-Residency Creative Writing Program in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Kevin Oderman is the author of a book of essays called “How Things Fit Together”; a critical study, “Ezra Pound and the Erotic Medium”; and two novels, “Going” and “White Vespa.” He has served as a Fulbright Fellow twice, in Greece and Pakistan, and is a professor of English at West Virginia University.
