The “Erie Biker Ball” At Rainbow Gardens

This Saturday April 27th, Rainbow Gardens is sizzling hot with the second annual Biker Ball Hosted by DJ Bill Page with Erie’s hardest, fist pumping bands that will include Leader Of Men, French Kiss, Refuge, Dekan, Whiplash, and Hammersmith.
The Erie Biker Ball has been organized as a charity event that will benefit Bikers Against Child Abuse, the Second Harvest Food Bank, and The Erie Soldiers & Sailors Activity Fund.
Built in the early 1900’s, Rainbow Gardens is a 20,000 square foot dancehall that has played host to countless events, shows and concerts like Guy Lombardo and his Royal Canadians in both May of 1927 and May of 1973, along with Les Brown and his orchestra, and The Moonlighters to name only a few of the star studded acts that have taken the Rainbow Gardens stage.
With the entire night of pulse pounding, rip-roaring entertainment kicking off at 5:00pm, and lasting until 1am, the Biker Ball is guaranteed to be the biggest knock down drag out night this weekend, not to mention the only way to kick off bike season.
Cranking out high energy, hard driving hits of the best hard rocking songs from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today including “Outshined” by Soundgarden, “Enemy” by Godsmack, “Hellion” and “Electric Eye” by Judas Priest, “Wrathchild” by Iron Maiden, “Something in Your Mouth” by Nickelback, “Woman” by Wolfmother and “Firewoman” by The Cult along with too many more to name, Hammersmith is one of Erie’s most wicked Rock bands.

As Erie’s only true Metallica Tribute Band, Whiplash is a crazy, in your face, brain scorching Rock & Roll band that gives raging high-octane performances of the best Metallica music you ever heard such as “For Whom the Bell Tolls,” “One,” “Enter Sandman,” “Sad but True,” “Wherever I May Roam,” “Fuel,” “Whiskey in The Jar” and many, many more.
