The RiffRiders at the Oasis Pub

Bringing the power and the passion, the RiffRiders take the stage and rock the house at one of the West side’s hottest night spots, the Oasis Pub this Saturday night for their CD Release Party.
With a great variety of beers, ranging from Guinness to Coors Light and a fantastic menu of micro brews, the Oasis has just what you need to break the chill on a balmy October evening.
Located at 3122 West Lake Rd, the Oasis Bar and Restaurant features a fantastic staff along with an excellent selection of dinners and nibblers at a price that is just right.
With bangin’ bartenders, a killer food menu, and the best live music in the area, the Oasis keeps every weekend smokin’ hot.
With wicked musicianship, and supercharged enthusiasm for their music, the RiffRiders set the stage on fire this Saturday night with hard driving originals, sure to be hit songs from their new CD entitled “Hit The Road”, that was recorded at Graphite Studios in Warren Pa.
Made up of Amy “Shally” Shallenberger on Lead Vocals, Sean Seth on Guitar, Tony LaPaglia on Bass Guitar, Joe Caprara on Drums, and Otis James on Harp, the RiffRiders offers the most intense musicianship with the most bitchin’ party vibe in town.
With mad vocals, blazing instrumentals, and a kickass stage show, the RiffRiders gives their fans much more than just another night out, they set up the craziest party vibe with the most supercharged, wicked attitude in town.
Firing-up every crowd they perform for with massive guitars, wailing vocals, and mad drumming, the RiffRiders blows the roof off every show they play with supercharged songs delivered with off the hook talent.
The down and dirty, kick-ass, killer style of the RiffRiders, always delivers an amazing set list of hard-hitting Blues tunes, and devastating originals at every show.
Along with many other hits the RiffRiders crank out high energy, pulse pounding raging covers of songs like “Southbound”, “Got My Mojo Workin”, “Spoonful”, “My Baby’s Gone”, “Rock Me Right”, “Big Bad Handsome Man”, and “All Your Love” to mention only a few.
Joining the party and cranking out pure energy on overdrive will be Junk Shop Failure, a powerhouse band that offers mega talented musicianship that break the boundaries and blur the genres with real Rock with an alternative edge.
Featuring members of some of Erie’s most legendary bands like Dirt McGirt, Black Rose Diary, Gone For Six, and Paddy Whacked, Junk Shop Failure is made up of members Jeff Burrick on Drums, Kevin O’Neal on Violin and Tin Whistle, Josh Zimmer on Mandolin, Accordion, and Vocals, Zachary Lucas on Bass Guitar, Harmonica, and Vocals, along with Jesse Guerrein on Acoustic Guitar and Vocals.

With all songs on the CD written and performed by the RiffRiders, this epic CD Release Party starts at 7pm and will rock till Midnight this Saturday the 24th. The CD will be on sale the night of the show, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Partnership for Erie Public Schools, to benefit the Music Education programs.
