The Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier Park (LEAF) will host new classes for adults at the LEAF Education Center (1501 W 6th St) this autumn.
A new program series focused on health and wellness will begin on September 11 with an introductory workshop by Selina Uglow, LPN, CPT and owner of The WAY to Healthy Living. Uglow’s presentation will offer simple tips for “getting it in” rather than trying to fit it in when it comes to self care and better health. The series will continue with eight yoga classes led by Abi Pooler of Yoga with Abi. Pooler is an experienced yoga instructor who binds philosophy and postures to increase mind, body awareness. Yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Interested participants may sign up for one, some, or all of the classes! Cost is $10 per class / $9 for LEAF Plus Members or $85 for all nine classes / $78 for LEAF Plus Members. More information and registration details are available at http://www.leaferie.org/wellness-series/
